When your registered office is with us, full support costs 10,000 DA less: 50,000 DA instead of 60,000 DA for a company, 40,000 DA instead of 50,000 DA for an individual.
Full support from abroad costs 80,000 DA for a company and 70,000 DA for an individual, 10,000 DA less when your registered office is with us, as in the packs. The registered address stays at 72,000 DA for one year.
No. The contract runs for 1 year (72,000 DA) or 2 years (144,000 DA). It is notarised and ready in 3 days at most.
In the Do-it-yourself pack, we fill in your company's 4 setup forms (5,000 DA in total: beneficial owners, trade register, G n°8, NIS) and you file each application yourself. For a sole trader, this costs 2,000 DA. In the Company pack, we follow the file with you up to CASNOS registration. We do not do bookkeeping or routine returns.
