Le fonds est chargé de :
Compléter et de renforcer l’action de l’Etat dans les domaines socio-éducatif, des loisirs et des initiatives de la jeunesse, de promouvoir le développent du sport dans tous ses segments, notamment la formation et d’en stimuler les résultats ;
d’initier et d’engager toutes actions d’investissements producteurs de biens et de services en relations avec son objet ;
